CHAPTER 3: ENTER THE RAINBOW

EEL OF LIGHT

I have the impression that the content of our beings arises in the dark, beyond our consciousness. Many things we feel and many things that make us are relics of past times, genetically bequeathed to us. We carry them with us into the present without ever examining them. They grow in the dark, away from our attention, like nightshade plants.

Different colors from the light spectrum illuminate different areas from the dark. I can access specific traumas within me by connecting to the colors and the associated chakras. Images are forming inside me. Scenarios from ancient times that feel like I’ve experienced them myself. Do I remember them? Nevertheless, they are here. By bringing problematic issues out of the darkness and into the light, I can look at them, and let them go.

Whenever a transformation looms, serpents occur in my visions.
